"Under the Copyright Designs & Patents Act 1988, copyright in images is vested with the author who licences the work to their client to enable them to publish the work for the purposes of the commission."

Which means: when you ask us to produce some images for you, the fee we quote will be based on the use of our pictures.

1. Number of images you want to use.
2. Media use.
3. Period of use.
4. Territory of use.

Which will be clearly outlined in the Licence to use form:

If you require more use of the pictures, over and above what has been agreed, then naturally an additional fee will need to be paid.

So.. our goal is to produce great images - that will not only meet your needs but will hopefully exceed your needs - because we will want you to use our images.. a lot.
